JOIN THE PROGRAM:
To make your legs stronger and keep your bones healthy
To know more about how to prevent falls

FOR PEOPLE 65 YEARS AND OVER:

  • • A group exercise program focused on preventing falls
  • • A series of easy exercises
  • • Run by a certified professional
  • • Twice a week (with a pre and post assessment) x 12 weeks
  • • Each session is one hour long
  • • Advice on how to avoid falls in your home
  • • Transportation may be available if needed
